Why use promotional products to advertise and market my company?
Technology continues to change the way we operate our business; including the way we market, advertise and promote. Cable and direct television offer us hundreds of viewing options; ‘TiVo’ commercials from our television viewing, we listen to ‘commercial free’ satellite radio. Many now read their daily newspaper and some periodicals online, eliminating print advertising. How do you get your company’s name out to the consumer? Branded and logo items will market, advertise and promote your company to a specific customer base or broadcast target groups and categories as a prospecting tool.

Art & Design
What is “acceptable” artwork/logo formats?
This can be a bit overwhelming. In the “old” days, acceptable artwork was considered “camera-ready”; today the word is “vector”. Vector artwork stores geometric information about shapes and lines called vectors. They can be scaled without producing the stair-step edges you will see on pixel based (raster) images. They adapt to the resolution of any output device and are considered to be resolution independent. They are generally produced by programs like Adobe® Illustrator®, Macromedia® Freehand® and CorelDRAW®.
Vector artwork files must be saved in the Postscript™ Format and contain no Postscript errors. The preferred file format is EPS (Encapsulated Postscript)
While other programs and formats like Microsoft Word and Publisher, jpg, gif, tif, bitmap are useful tools, they are not capable of producing art files of a quality necessary for imprinting purposes.
Don’t worry if your artwork or logo isn’t in a vector file, we have a designer on staff that can help get your artwork ready to go!
Just remember, acceptable artwork will pay for itself in that your name is going on that product and the perception of your client base is valuable!
Administration
What is the standard turn around time on my order?
Generally two weeks after the approval of the proof. This is not set in stone and only used as a basic guideline. Other considerations should include your event or “must have by” date and shipping time required to receive your order.
Do you accept credit cards?
